ok. first things first.. SOIL.. get a good soil.. promix .. sunshine 4.. happy frog.. ocean forest.. theres a ton of them.. just make sure u research a good soil.. even if u need to go to the stores around u . make a list.. and research which is best.. soil is 1 thing that can fuck u.. my first ever attempt.. i used some crap miracle grow and burned the fuck out of my seeds.. u can use miracle grow if u want.. but just make sure u dilute it with a non nuted soil so u dont burn anything.. but honestly. research soil.. get a PH pen.. and keep ur PH in check for the Medium your working.

that you've picked up some new soil and some nutes, but now: what lights are you using? i agree with an earlier post that you should still see better growth at their age even with just water and dirt. keep trying, dude, and you're going to get this! 
don't pay attention to the negative posts

there are a lot of experienced growers (not me, i'm just learning about the plant) that know a lot of great information that are willing to help. as long as you stay open to what others are telling you to do, realize that not everyone knows what they are talking about--so you do have to do your own research, and keep it simple, you will do great!

Dude do not start over. I'd bet money your pH is fine. Use the Miracle Gro at 1/4 the recommended strength/dilution (With cannabis, less is more). What are you using for lights? You need either high output CFLs or HID (Metal Halide) Incandescent or mercury vapor will not get it

Just throwing it out there as I'm new to growing as well but have you considered a hydroponics system instead of soil? I've found monitoring nutrients, ph and everything else so much easier with a hydroponics system. Apart from a few newbie mistakes I think my first grow is looking Ok. I've used the 3 part genesis formula nutrients and ill be honest I'm very happy with them and I'll definitely be using them again.

Really?! You come to Newbie Central and belittle someone who's asking for help? I suppose you immediately knew everything there is to know the very first time you grew and never had to seek advice? I could be wrong, but isn't the whole purpose of Newbie Central for people to ask for help from people who know more than they do without being made to feel stupid? Do you also go to preschools and mock children because they can't read yet? There's really no need to be rude.
TGfarmer, best of luck to you with your grow. I wish I had some advice to give, but I'm brand new to this myself and still have many of my own questions. But I can say this - from all the reading I've done here, there seems to be a lot of good, knowledgeable people who are willing to help beginners like us. Unfortunately, like anything else, you're bound to run into a few shitheads along the way. But as far as I've seen, the majority here are happy to help.
