I'm looking at re entry into the career mind set. I don't like it. Time with my small children is the the best thing in the whole fucking world to me right now, (that and photography with a doobie in my hand). I'm looking at ways to work for myself. I may even be on to something...
Just dont forget your family..........I fell in love with the money and lost sight of who I was
I can do a lot of things but I can't make up for lost time
No one lying on their deathbed ever said "My only regret was not spending more time at work"

Oh- I totally also miss not owning my business. Although it's a good thing and not everyone gets a chance to be a business owner and all that shit- fuck it- I'd rather have little responsibility and just be able to fuck off.... I long for easier times.

I was out for a walk a couple days ago and it was the time of day when, if you were a kid, it was just sunset, and the streets were quieting down for the night. We'd play outside until we heard our moms call us in. You got to stay up "late" and watch star trek re runs or (for us oldies)

MUTUAL of OMAHA's WILD KINGDOM reruns… (remember that fossil Marlin Perkins and his bad assed boat?)

IDK just the smell of summer evenings.. a certain vibe in the town. makes me miss child hood in a way. Before life got so complicated. Ya know, when we were 9 or 10…..
