Yeah i'm the same as you, i dont wanna start mass producing bud because i dont wanna get caught, but a little operation, maybe a veg room and a flower room, so maybe i can produce every 6 to 8 weeks as oppose to 12, id be happy with that

Seeds have what is referred to as seed vigor you will notice that most clones dont preform as well as the first seed did

but cloning is the only way to get an exact genetic copy for your mother rooms ect.
and many peeps including my self use them cause once you find a Special plant you hold on to her

And clones are usually faster to initiate flowering g because they are already mature

but if u like seed there nothing wrong but if you find a special plant you should clone it

I've looked into it, but i'm defo gonna have to read up on a nute plan, i hear that's vital for a hydro grow, my mate does it, and he always produces some of the nicest bud around my town, i'd defo consider it,

so if i cloned a plant, when i start to grow a cutting will that plant act in the same way as its mother did, like the feed it takes? The height it grows? The strength? How similiar are they?

Its as easy as reading the directions on the back of the bottle
most peeps have problems because they deviate from the directions in hopes to boost the plants

My mate once bought some expensive unfemanized seeds to make some clones, out of 20 seeds he ended up with 3 females, but i remember him saying he only needed the one, hes still growing the exact same strain 3 years down the line,i never got why he only needed 1 good seed out of 20, now i do haha

Essentially it will be an exact copy

but just a hair slower then if it was from seed
for example
Think of it like this a child has growth spurts and grows fast but is still a child
were as adults we dont really grow any more but we are mature

What medium do you use to grow? I'm using 100% coco which has no nutes at all,

Yeah i get that, i might have to start that on my next grow, makes sense, as you cant predict how a seeds gonna turn out

its better to chose the best out of a large number so you can see and smoke to see which arw the KEEPERS

I also grew in coco for years I loved the stuff hated the mess lol
I cant stand mixing it and lugging it into my crawl space lol

so I switched to hydro a bout 5 years ago I think and never looked back might have been longer now shit

Yes feeding for me especially in that small space is hard, im like 6ft 1 so that doesnt help either, and yeah the mess, drainage, things is i keep ruining my clothes doing so, usually im that baked i think fuck it, and just go in anyway, thats something im gonna have to learn to do, when im baked i need to stay on the ball as its all to easy to take short cuts to rush back to the ps4 haha

depends on what you have but a 10 gallon tote some airstones and a decent air pump is all you need of course water pumps make life easy but are not needed

Tbh i wouldnt mind spending the money on a full hydro system as i honestly think it'd be worth it, i just thought hydro was hard to do, i've also heard of something called airoponics, i hear thats quiet a good set up too, defo gonna look into hydro, what sort of yield am i looking at with my set up? And conditions, i'd be happy if i got 2oz of each plant

but I will say I suggest you try it
thats why I sugested the tote so you can see how easy it is while not spending any cash

but feel free to buy what you want

im currently growing in a low pressure aeroponic/nfft system I made

and I also do Deep Water Culture I like them both they are both easy but the DWC is more forgiving of mistakes
