Hell yeah, listen to May, he knows' his shit man. Keep it simple, and inexpensive your first run, and you'll be amazed what you can pull. Get your light situation right, and keep the temps tolerable. Always go easy with any nutes you use, if any. I was reading that you're building up soil, and i've seen people use just bubbled tap water, and kill it with led's, so I'm sure you can pull yourself some dank if you're using hid bro. Sorry i drooped in half informed, I just seen that you're trying this out for your first time, and want to give you some encouragement, we've all been there. keep up your focus on your grow when you can, and keep alot of records of your watering's and such.
