For all I know, your just a weird little computer bug that somehow knows shit.

Yes, but the you're missing the main point.

People existing is not extraordinary... You know people exist, the claim that I exist is worth believing in because you know it's possible for people to exist.

The concept of karma is a good one to live by, if you are going to have a false belief, this is one of the best ones to have. Karma is often confused with social responsibly, if you go around being a dick to people, why won't like you and will most likely be a dick back to you. That is not karma, that's life.

Playing it safe and believing "just in case" is just another take off of pascals wager. And it's logically flawed for many reasons.. At least with karma, you false belief won't do damage to anyone other than yourself, depending on how in depth you get into "Karma"..

For the most part, I try my best to be a good person, because I live in society. And I hope everyone else who lives in this society does the same thing. It's not karma, it's reciprocal altruism.
