I just got caught.. but is it illegal?

i admitted to the seeds though. that would suck if i lost my bank loan because of seeds, but hay what can i do, whats done is done i guess
 
i looked over the agreement and it says just "drugs" but how is a seed a drug is what im getting at. sure it Grows the drug but it isnt a drug. it just looks stupid getting caught for sumthing i wasnt having fun with. know what i mean.
 
If they came into your dorm room without permission or a warrant, then you might be able to get off since they found the "evidence" illegally. At least that is what I learned from Law & Order. I'd go talk to a lawyer if I were you. Probably not too expensive for a consultation.

Well I think for a dorm (it might be different I don't know) the school reserves the right to inspect your room, so no privacy luxury there.
 
heres the funny part. we have a small table in the middle of the room that has a semi-hidden compartment. which had a grinder in it, with a bunch of keifage. they didnt find it, we smelt it, it had no stench, it was not giving off ANY foul oder. i mean zero. we where suprised and releved they didnt find it.

I'm glad you had the foresight to check you loan agreement. And hopefully they won't arrest you, but if they do - get a lawyer to argue that it is not a drug and try to get it thrown out. Don't listen to any *?deals?* without a lawyer. And only take that stupid *Community Service* if they make the charge non-drug related, that way your funding is safe.

I got my buddy here that was caught smoking a joint in the parking lot, outside of the gym - but hey it was on campus so he's fu^ked. And he just told me that he might not even be able to return to school in the fall, even if he does get the funding together somehow. Ouch!!! I thought you could only get exspelled? (sp) in secondary schools, not college.

He's laughing about it now cause we're smoking it up, but it's serious and it's the difference between having a future and not having a future. So he's thrown out of school, had to do community service, can't get more funding and is cracking up on my couch about it right now - mainly cause this is his first time smoking white widow kind bud. Too funny... LMAO

the grinder is gone. we got rid of that shit real fast. this room is clean to the bone. im honestly hoping for community service but i know my right to remain silent.
 
Tell them that they were unviable hemp seeds used for fishing bait and that you were gonna try to grow them for a laugh.
To prove you wrong they would have to grow them out which they wont do unless they have a very large find of seeds:blsmoke:
 
honestly if i was the cops i would laugh and throw the 7 seeds in the trash and call it a day. but that was if it was a perfect world.
 
i'm sure they can at least give you a fine i know if your caught with a single rolling paper here they throw a hefty fine at you.
 
Yeah. Tell them they were pepper seeds and if they dont believe you, tell them to grow them out and see for themselves!!!!!
 
Did the assholes take your stuff? Either way I see it you're golden. They can't prove that they took it from your room. It's your word against theres. I would deny that they were ever there.
 
I don't think the cops can do anything - the police never saw you with the seeds, they never saw them in your room.
I believe that when the security guards took the seeds they blew it - they should have called the police to come when you were in posession of the seeds.
Chain of custody evidence rules?
 
Um.. comon man. Seriously?

I STRONGLY doubt that they will send the cops. If they wanted to involve the police, they would have called them right then and you would've been arrested.

They have no evidence now - I mean sure, they might have the seeds, but thats not enough to anything with now.

You're golden. Go smoke one and relax.
