Fdd, I will check into it today. I believe it would be legal as long as they are advertised as tobacco pipes. It is easy enough to sell on ebay and you could take credit cards through pay pal, as long as you have a checking account. I would be shocked if you could not sell those ebay....I will look now.
i can take credit cards right now thru paypal. eBay charges you.

there are NO pipes on eBay, that i can find. i see some "pipe shaped pendants". they don't look functional.

there are import laws from certain countries. they can't ship in any glass pipes that have more than 1 hole. so they ship them over with no holes, then they drill the holes out with a drill. you will often see glass dust in imported pipes. be careful.

laws very state to state, county to county. paraphernalia is VERY illegal in some places. i could be arrested. http://www.usdoj.gov/dea/ongoing/pipedreams.html

this has gold and silver fumed into the inide. then i put color down on top of it, on the inside. it gives the color a golden shine. i also threw some honeycomb pattern into the stem so it should do some really cool color changing. it is hella thick as well. :bigjoint:

I love glass with gold, and I rarely see it used much for obvious reasons. I prefer inside out, limited to no color rod, with silver and gold.

Not only does the gold give the golden shine, but when used heavily it colors in green and goes excellent with the blues from the silver.

I have watched a couple of artists start blowing, and your skills have grown nicely! Nice stuff dude.

This was a gift 12 years ago from a glass blower friend "Wing nut" colored in with lots of gold and silver. And my old school pipe stone whale and richolite chillum (first pipe I carved)...not hijack;-)ing...just bumping to find those lovely pieces homes!
