I have three 12v ac 10watt lights - question

I have three 12v ac 10watt lights all connected to a wire and it has a class 2 transformer connected to the wire, then the plug of course. Should I add these into the mix of a 26 watt CFL. I'm super low budget and in the 1st week of veg stag. Kinda doing an experiment, just don't wanna ruin my babies. Also I hate to waste energy on something that won't even help. The babes are in potting soil and the strain is a very low grade weed I think. This is a day 3 photo. Its day 4 of veg today. Thanks for any input.

The brand is Beckett and underneath it says water gardening. I have no idea what spectrum. They are about the size of if you give someone the ok sign with your fingers. I can't find info other than I think it said they are for decorating or shining on plants or water fountains.I might just throw them on and check periodically on the heat situation. I'm new to the forums so what is the best way to reply? This is the second time I wrote this. Now I'll cut and paste if this time doesn't work. Thanks for your time and input
