i have seedlings and i need help

i recently planted a germinated seed and it sprouted within the next 2 days....everything seemed to be going good but then the leaves started curling down...what can the problem bee...open to all suggestions and i have pic if needed...also can i use uvb lights along with my cfl's to grow or should i not???

That setup will only last for the next few weeks, you'll need an upgrade on lighting. As far as I can tell, you haven't you used any additional nutes, and I'm assuming all your basics are checked off (such as PH, room temp, etc.). I'd say overwatering might be your problem. I'm just guessing of course, because I don't know all of your specs. Take care man, and good luck
