Most organic fertilizers you can do either. You can just use it as a topfeed, or mix it in with water for quicker treatments if you have deficiencies. With what you have in there now, you wont need to feed for a long time. Over a month. If you do decide to add to water, use 1/4 to 1/2 recommended dose. Organics is much more forgiving, in my opinion.

As long as your soil mix is balanced in PH and nutes then you can get away without adding nutes to your water. However, adding nutes to your water as well might not hurt, add a small amount at first to make sure it's not going to hurt your plants. During veg you'll want something with a high N-P-K. For flowering you're going to want to use something with lower N and high P and K levels.

I would add lime into that mix, it adds calcium and magnesium two essential plant needs, and will keep the soil ph balanced as long as its around. That is a solid mix though and depending how long the plants are in it I would start adding ferts around when they begin to bud..but by all means study them during veg. growth and experiment slowly feeding them fertilizer to see how they react. Also top dressing with guano during flowering is excellent
