I have four females in flower (what to do after harvest)

I have four females flowering for 4 weeks now, all about 4ft high and doing well.

The are growing in a 4ftx4ft (6ft high) grow tent. With a 600watt metal halide lamp.

i didnt take any clones as this is my first grow.

My question is this: Once i harvest what should i do to continue my crop?

1. Switch the females back to veg state?

2. Cut them down and start a whole new crop from seed?

3. take clones from the females and switch them back to veg state?

Your help and advice would be very welcome

If you dont want to try new strains and are happy with teh smoke and end results of your current grow then options 1 and 3. If you like variety then option 2. All options are winners!!:joint:

If you want to keep the same strain going and want to get more of a head start on the next instead of cloning you could try air layering. Then when you harvest you remove the branch or branches you chose to do air layering on and trim off the buds and plant the branches and turn the lights back to veg time.

reverting your flowered females back to veg, might cause you a few problems.... and its time consuming seen as it takes a plant about a month or more to revert from flowering to vegging....
i would start a new crop... and keep a mother if you can!!!
