I have been fucked by the court after a dui, I need to get rid of 4'to8' tall plants

Yes you heard me correctly. Thanks to loosing my dui (.0 the judge orders me off my meds until I can get approved by "evaluation services" to continue to use and posess which as you can imagine is about as likely as pigs flying.


I have no choice but to clear out my monster huge plants in Oregon, near portland. All are in flower, most only two weeks until done, but some only half way done or less. Don't ask me yields or shit, be smart, I need someone with a current oregon card to come benefit from my misfortune and save me from getting further fucked by the system. After last night in jail I'd rather not return and to be found with my plants or shit now, that would at minimum throw me back in for 10 days, again with no meds and freezing my fucking ass off.

No can do.

Who even has the ability to adopt plants this big? I don't want to chop plants that took this long to get to this point early, what a waste!

Advice is welcome too, if anyones been in the same situation.

My card expires in 3 days, that's right the end of this week. and I couldn't renew because I didn't have the money, and now I don't have what I need for all the court shit assigned, etc etc what the fuck would you do?

anyway you could ask them to still possess and grow but just no smoking? tell them you will even take a drug test anytime as proof. sorry for your misfortune. plants that big had to be a lot of time, work, and money.

The court system is inflexible I can't expect shit and they can't even see me at "evaluation services" for two weeks. I had my hands tied at trial with my xrays and medical records right next to me that show my broken back with multiple crushed vertibrae and collapsed disks, but I couldn't use that in trial due to the way I would have had to take the stand and then it would open me to questions about legal mmj I had in the car and predjudice the jury even though I hadn't been smoking... So I couldn't show why I was disabled or that I'm disabled, or why there's no day in my life I could have passed those tests, etc. Even the breath test wasn't fair with my disabilities but I couldn't prove it, the DA was ready to attack me with past... etc...

It's all stacked against you folks, at least here it is. They want you to plead guilty and take the easier route for them and if you don't they use any means to screw you as if you personally wasted their time going to trial at all.

My bones stick out my fucking back, any idiot can see it you don't need to be a doctor or even feel for it, it's visible to the naked eye but I would still be thrown in jail until another trial or some shit.

So why is it you have to get rid of your plants? Are you expecting an inspection or something or are you just being paranoid? Finish those ladies, sell the shit and pay your court fines.

Yep, on probation now and had to sighn that I submit to inspection of my house, car, blood, hair, anal cavity if they so choose at any time. No rights any longer.

FUCK THEM and end those babys..i know this is a really big thing to you but to them just another day all they want is your money,pay all the fines and do what they say(classes,kiss ass ect.)and you will never see them..ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY..

I get bench probation which you don't see anyone, but also I got special "alcohol and drug probation" and am paying 35 a month for "monitoring". I am with you 100% on how they just want money, but what is monitoring and that fee for then?

I applaud you for wanting to give your plants away instead of just chopping and tossing. But freedom is more valuable than the plants are. Dump them if you have to. Hell, even have a funeral and bury them in the ground if needed.
If your on a drug eval. program and probation, in my state anyway, you will get checked on at least once.
Try taking a bunch of cuttings and give them to others to see if they can root, revert to veg, and grow back up. By then maybe you will be in the clear and can get some of the clones back or at least cuttings from the clones.
Also, my state when your in that situation, they affix a drug and alcohol detecting patch on you and you can not remove it. Only they can. If it comes off, your deemed dirty. If it looks tampered with, your deemed dirty. Only they can apply and remove it for testing. It has some special adhesive clear plastic wrap on it so it coming off on its own is very unlikely.

Yea, but in a way it "normally" avoids a lot of late night or early morning "check ups" or piss in this cup now things.
I hate to say it, but in my area, its mostly women wearing them. If you didn't know what it is you would think it is an over sized quit smoking patch or a birth control patch.
Of course it monitors what is in your body 24/7, but there is less intrusion by authorities. The women are usually mothers trying to clean up and not loose their kids. I had a female friend who had to wear on until she was off paper.
Here, if you play the game by the rules and the patch backs that up, your only interaction is with the PO. If the patch says your not playing by the rules, the game changes and you never know when one may get a random spot check.
They still can check when ever they want, but that costs in manpower and money.

It's a hell of a lot more comfortable than those SCRAM ankle bracelets that some of the Hollywood losers get stuck wearing that "calls home and reports" when ever it feels like.

Mostly women wearing them. Haha, this chick I sort of know just got 2 dui's in the last 2 months, neither her first mind you, and I just saw her pull into the bar again the other day while I was walking to the store. She just got a lot less attractive and as cute and nice as she is that's really pretty hard to do.

And the last girl that really caught my eye, another stunning and adventurous girl turned out to have many crazy drunk stories of how her friends get so sick of her dragging on them all the time when she's falling down drunk and can't even walk on her own and how they've dropped her in puddles and let her fall in ditches. Or how she's faceplanted coming out of tall trucks.

She talks about all this like it's a daily thing and no big deal. Trainwreck in disguise. The night I met her she seemed ok, even sounded cute with a great voice and demeaner except the stuff coming out of her mouth.


Anyway I found a needy person locally with card to take my plants, no worries now. They'll get to finish they're sticky existence and he's agreed to revegging a couple in case I can get them back later.

It's a great strain of critical mass that doesn't hermie and gets really sticky sweet and great if you let it take it's sweet time to finish and slow cure right.

I couldn't even chop and cure them in the time I had left so they had to go away.

Man, that sucks.

what that sucks. i got a duii here in oregon in 07 and i did not loss my right to my medical marijuana.. i even had to go to addapt and i was still able to medicate..
