and i've had the inhalers long before i started smoking, so while smoking can aggravate it, it doesnt seem to really make it too much worse. i'd say that you probably dont need water with a vape...i havent vaped in ages...i always use my bong. and try to keep the bong water nice and cold, add crushed ice in there if you want too, because it makes it smoother. i've also found that percs are nice to hit. i dont have as many problems when hitting a perc
