right....

i was wondering if anyone could give me some advice.

i have a multi-gym thing at my home, i know people say you should stick to free weights, but it's a starting point. here's some of the "workstations":

Bench Press
Chest Press
Lat Pulldown (Front and Back)
Pec Dec
Leg Extension
Back Leg Curls
Upright Rows
Crunches / Sit-ups

there are a few others too, and i have some makeshift free weights too.

here's how i want to do things.

Day 1: Chest
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Arms
Day 5: Shoulders
Day 6: Abdominals
Day 7: Rest

i'm just no too sure on what excersise are best for those specific muscle groups. any help?

Just remember you can make everything bigger, except one muscle. The bigger you get the smaller that muscle will look.

Oh Ahnold....(disrobes)....aw Ahnold.
