As plants flower there nutrient requerments change. If your plant is still receiving the same nutrients it received during veg it will not grow as well. That's why people use Flower nutrients. If used correctly at the proper pH the plant will do well.

A healthy plant's lower leaves will turn yellow in the last few weeks of flower while the leaf next to the bud remains green. So that's natural. The picture of the leaf you posted looks dark green to me. That would indicate a high level of nitrogen. Your plant does not need as much nitrogen at this point.

You mention yellow specks on the leaf, That usualy happens when the plant pulls the nutrients it needs from the leaf instead of the feed. If the tips are yellow or curled or simply look burnt on the edges well that too many nutrients but its tough to tell with the pic you posted.

Need a little more info. Medium? nutrients? Hydro? dirt? Lighting?
Specs could be beginning of mg deficiency. Look that up and see if it's what you may have. I can't see the pics real good but the ends burning resemble nute burn. No matter, You'll be better off flushing, dialing in the right nutes and reapplying your diet. Less is better at first.

ok sorry for not enough info.i use botanic veg and botanic fowler.when started flower i did a transition nutes half and half.then slowly worked them up to 30ml into the start of the 4th week of flower.ph is 6.0 adjusted.with ph down. But i did do something different this time the guy at the hydro store gave me some bushmaster formula and told me it would help slow different growth and make them bush more. They told me to mix 2ml with my nutes so i did and i got this. CRUZ the leaves are green but yellow specks cover the leaves mostly on bottom but up top to.The medium are rapid rooters.these plants are in flower started 4th week today. Soil is fox farm. lights are 400hps.running 2 hooked up to ventilation system.fan blows 24/7 water every two to three days but i think im going to go 3 to 4 days do you think it would hurt. soil seems moist but that could be me misting allot maybe i dont know.all water is ph tested before use, rain or tap, i let tap water sit out side for a day or 2 before use.lately we been getting rain so im been collecting and using it.
this leave has some really good burn crumble type it was the only one but could be more in a day or so.I was thinking on flushing her and put her in a bigger pot,or is it to late being 4th week in flower.buds look good full of white hairs and seen to be growing.other ladys are not soing signs of this yet.Wonder if it was the bushmaster?

just wondering i was looking at my nutes and pro bloom is 1-4-5 and bush master is 0-0.1-0. so would that mean that the nitro is low in feeding, and could it be a nitergen deficiency ,and then would that mean the soil is toxic?

no leaves are not that lime color they are darker with whats like a thousand little yellow specks but leave is still darker that those pic. kinda more like the early stage of nitro over dose.but nitro is low in both nutesi use pro bloom is 1-4-5 and bushmaster is0-0.1-0

Keep in mind it is natural for a plants leaves to yellow during flowering, well late stages anyway because its dying. If you were using a nitrogen based nutrient before and stopped start it again at about 1/2 strength along with flower nutes.

Here is a pic of some Dutch Dragon I grew right before harvest. One plant weighed out about 380 grams of bud. I think we averaged 300 grams per plant. Great smoke man.

dod think a flush is in oder or just give water at next 2 feedings.also should i trans plant in to a bigger pot.i fear that the pots to small for the plant frade it might be root bound

Well, if you dont have any critters in there then I suggest you get some clean water like bottled water and pH it to what you need (not sure with soil but I would go 6.0) and water with three times the amount you would normally do. That would flush it out. then wait a few days and start again with 1/2 strength nutes and work your way back.
