Sorry if this the wrong sect it was the only one that i thought this question fit into the most. Anyway, i am 19 and i live in ohio i want to move up to michigan and become a mmj grower since i am pretty decent at growing and i truly care about helping people with this plant, now i know you have to be 21 or older to get a growing card but i was wondering if there was anyway i could just team up with someone i trust and who is 21 or order and have all the paperwork in his name but i grow the plants and do all that kinda work and we split the profits is there anything illegal with that plan?

also side note i was wondering how companies go about and can get away with giant grow rooms? do they have a collective of guys who have the planets in their name or is there a special warehouse growing card you can get?

thanks for any help.

Ya, there is something illegal with that. Read the MMMA. Better yet, go out and get a job or a education while your young...

I read over it and didn't find anything can you tell me which rule I am breaking please
You really aren't violating the law. The plants would belong to whomever the proper patient and/or caregiver is. You could be in that person's employ, growing and tending the plants.

Ya that's what I figured but I didn't know is michigan had any rules with "hiring" people to tend your plants

I'll do it with you! We can have a collective, It would be healthy competition with one another and we could split rent!

You aren't legal.

Yet you want to make money off of it.

That's.........................literally.....................illegal...............................................................

No...it's common sense.

You're basically asking if it's okay if you can drive a car with no driver's license just because your friend in the car with you has a driver's license.

Just because your friend has permission, doesn't mean you magically do...that's goofy to think that.

Also, doesn't matter what any state laws say.

We're all federally illegal.

you have to have residence in Michigan, and have a Michigan id to attach to send to the state to become a legal caregiver. you are not allowed access to anyones plants or medicine that is a legal patient or caregiver since you do not qualify to have a Michigan mmj id. i'm sorry but unless you actually move here and have proof of residense in an id, which takes proof of utilities sent to you at a permenant residence, not a po box.

can't do it bud.

That was a horrible analogy and because of it I'm going to disregard what you say because frankly you sound like an idiot. Unless it is written in law that someone without a license cannot tend someone else's plants then I don't care

Wow you sound smart. Also, I'm fairly certain you'll start caring when you're handcuffed in the back of a cop car and they're reading the law to you...

"But...but....my friend has a medical mj card!!!!"

LOL that will fly like a pig.

Right and they'll charge me with what watering unauthorized plants it not like they'll be at my house ill just be stopping by and making sure the plants are okay. And even if it is illegal to water them it's not like they can prove it was me. You can atleast do me the favor and put up a decent arguments if you're going to reply
