I have a couple questions about dealers

hey guyss, this is my first post..lol
so ive been smoking for like a year now but never had a longterm dealer. I have my friends neighbor who is a dealer in my phone. We bought from him like twice, but today i wana buy it alone cuz im not chilling with anyone today
so i texted the guy 3 different times and he either said he doesnt have any or tells me something i dont rly want..
I'm mad paranoid right now cuz idk if hes mad at me randomly texting him, is this wat dealers are supose to put up with lol? so ya thats the first question and second is like..do dealers mind dealing? like i dont wana make this person drive a few miles cuz i dont have a car and he be mad ..lol
so yeah im paranoid, please help to end it haha

if you only bought from him twice and you were with someone else he prob dont trust you yet. so instead of being rude he says things like im out or im not around and other excuses. leave him alone and make the run in a day or two with your friend that knows him. slow and easy dont be pushy thats a instant negative for you if hes not your boy. noone likes being called a shit load of times. o yeah if he deals he dont mind unless hes driving across town and you only want a gram. if he is gonna drive better make it a quarter thats my opinion

could be a combo of things. he dont trust you yet, dont remember who you are (hes probably stoned alot) he doesnt want to drive to your house because it could be suspicious to the neighbors. next time you see him just ask him whats up and that hes missin out on money. if your desperate just call someone else that knows him better. and im pretty sure all dealers like dealing. oh and he also might know you dont want alot and some dealers dont nickle and dime so keep that in mind.

o ya, he told me he was "Reupin tomorrow" last weekend. does this mean like hes dealing tomorow or something?

Means hes picking more up tomorrow
