You're half right. I have been in trouble, but for some reason I tend to relax the popo. One instance that wasn't true was during a riot at the very last L.A. Street Scene. LAPD cop asshole, me with my 3mo baby son in a stroller, and I'd been separated from everyone else. However, he was a little stressed out.

But, for the police to go through the victim's phone..? Really? Ok, it's never happened to me so I don't see it happening, but it's not out of the realm of possibility.
