The people will need some info

What medium?

How often are you watering and at what ph?

What nutes ?

I'm not great at guessing but it does look hungry

I'm using a coco perlite with Dr. Earth fertilizer 4-6-3. I follow the the company's recommended ratio.
I give about 200 mls of water PH'd at 6.5-6.9 about every other day. I try to do light watering because I'm afraid of drowning them. I keep the humidity at about 68% with the same PH water. I haven't done much of nutes. I was thinking a Nitrogen deficiency or CO2 defiency.

I also just transplanted into a 1 gallon cloth bag and used MYKOS and followed the company's instructions when transplanting

The main issue is you're treating coco like soil and they both grow by different rules.

1. Proper Coco ph is like 5.5 to 6.5

2. Water coco at least once a day till you get some runoff.

3. Never water with plain water, always have food in it.

Your plant does look hungry.
