Now if ive been veggin 4 plants under t5's for like almost 4 months
and i still want to veg them for another 2 weeks
can i change the light from a t5 to hps and still keep the plants in veg for 2 weeks then change them to 12 and 12

will the hps light hurt them in the veg stage or will the plants grow more because my hps puts out a lot more lumens then the t5s?

Back the HPS way off and move it in gradually towards the tops a little each day till you get to where you want/need to be

a huge increase in light can cause problems

You better check out the nutrients..
