Lord, she has an amazing voice and projects emotion in her performances flawlessly.

Nah, I didn't know her that well as she was a couple of years above me, but I tell you it was inspiring to see her perform and know she came through the same route we did- that could be us if we tried hard enough.

Seriously though, go watch any of her interviews, especially on Paul O Grady or after performance interviews at festivals, she is about as real and funny as it gets. Kind of like James Blunt, he knows how to take the piss out of himself lol
