I Don't Know What To Call It

I've been having a problem with a few of my outdoor plants. It's not bugs (I think), but I have had marks on a few of the leaves which are a lighter green trail that have another smaller and segmented black trail in the center. It eventually ends with the leaf wilting and dying. It usually only happens to one or two leaves on the same plant, but I don't know if it is malignant or if I should not worry about it.

They are leafminers, and they will be trouble if left untreated. Remove infected leaves and read through this thread for natural and chemical treatments.

that is definatly bug made and if this dude is positive their the problem

neem should work

I've been using neem oil but to no avail. I cut the leaves off and I haven't had anymore of the little bastards yet. His link was pretty insightful tho.
