I don't get notifications from threads I subscribe to, can anyone help?

​I do have my subscriptions set to notify me through my control panel, I even tried to get them through email.

go to my rollitup, all mine show up there m8... all the threads i'm subbed to go there, one's with newest posts up top of the list..
