I do everything right, plants still dying.

OK. This shit is really depressing. All of the purple#1s are yellow. Thier not ready until the 20th. Now what am I supposed to do? Its so depressing taking care of plants that are sick and I cant figure out what Im doing.:( Please help me save the one spoetnik #1 plant. It looks like It'll be chronic and its only 3 weeks into flower and the leaves are again all at once trying to turn a light green and then the following symptom, yellowing of the entire plant. Please help me solve this problem. Why is it some people can grow hundreds of plants indoors and Im having a hard time with 10?

how do you know they will be read y on exactly the 20thyou been watchin trics i have 3 that are about 10 days til harvest and all the leaves are just about yellow now they arnt far from harvest so i would just ride it out.. its normal for a plant to use up its nitrogen at the end of flowering hence yellow leaves

I could see the plant starting to turn around day 14 or so but to turn yellow 3 weeks away from harvest? And Im inclined to belive that the problem is in the roots.

My plant that I brought in from outside almost 3 weeks ago now has an ifestation of gnats, spider mites and little green bugs that dont move or anything but when you look at it through the scope you can see eyes and legs on it. I believe I have gnats living in the soil of my plants and possibly could be a reason for my plants turning yellow. Anyone got any better theories?? Im going to the store in a bit to get some neem oil.

the yellowing of the leaves is natural part of the plants life this happens as the flower sheds them so it can put all its energy into the flowers in the final stages of life .
so you have no real problem there....:-)

by the way good job they are looking great

gnats eat roots and if your over watering it can show up as nute deficiencies and be a breading ground for gnats

I let my soil dry pretty thouroughly. Dont water until the container feels like it has no moisture and I dont see any moist topsoil when I feel the dirt.
So insect problem solved. I suppose I could check a few other leads to see if I cant find a solution to the yellowing.

Anhedonia.... bro. You need to be feeding them nitrogen later into the flowering cycle. Try veg nutes until they stop stretching and then hit em with the EJ to pack on the weight.

You're so close to harvest on those that you shouldn't worry. Just do like I said for the next round and you'll be taking down mass amounts of weed in no time. :peace:

Thanks man. But I would really like to know why all my plants got sick, it will definately affect yeild of course. Im taking care of a pretty sorry ass bloom room. Insects, yellowing, plants not yeilding, producing shitty meds tiny airy buds even though Im using a 1000 watt light. My temps are always 80f- 83f. Could it be the seeds? Still doesnt explain why my little spoetnik#1 is trying to do the same thing the other plants are doing and its got 5 weeks left so dont say wait it out its almost done. This shit is a problem.

When did you stop feeding them nitrogen?

You could try a Cal/Mag substitute and some micro nutrients. Also not sure if you have any mycorrhizae in the soil to promote healthy roots.

well when Istarted bloom I use a heaping tablespoon of molasses which I thought I was giving it nitrogen:-? to boost my 0-3-1 bloom formula and the meta-k 0-0-10. But doesnt my Fox farm OF have nitrogen??:-? Could it be they have no N???

Yeah man, FFOF has nitrogen but that gets used up within the first few weeks. How long did you veg for?

Just do like in my previous posts and if you have any doubts, just keep the leaves green (w/veg nutes/nitrogen) until the plant stops stretching and then start up with the bloom formula.

P.S. Use molasses in soil and Meta-K in hydro. ;-)

dudes not gonna have time for nutes if he feeds it it will be just in time to flush it out ive been growing 8 years and never used distilled or bottled water always tap water for my plants and they love it this late in the game he should just ride it out and stop obsessing over it
