I Did a defoliation at week 2 of flower. Two days later I noticed yellow tips on one and a few very slight yellow tips on other.

Here’s right after defoliation and two days later.
Nutes are run at 1150 ppm (Masterblend) @ 6 ph, in Hempy buckets with CoCo
