i have another problem. there are a lot of tricoms in the lower sections, but there are few in the upper ones.
i can only give my plant 400ppfd of light(bloom 5.weeks)

Those plants certainly don't look like they have a nitrogen deficiency. 17C seems a bit low for your lowest...consider trying to bring that up to ~70's. This is something that's been happening to you in that first few weeks of flower stage? I'd look at what you're feeding in terms of P/K. More light asks for more feed as the plant utilizes that energy.

And the floor?…. It’s oddly being almost intentionally not photographed. Does the floor get close to 70-80f?
