you werent kidding all of those branches are growing large buds awesome!.. i know loosing someone important to you has gotta be really tough.. but i think those buds are definatly worthy of being smoked to their memory. really awesome work!!
 
nah they are technically in the 5th week(was sunday). but since i trimmed ALOT of fan leaves around week 2-3 it set them back a week. so they are really on week 4. 5 more weeks fellas. ganna be nasty.
 
Damn, billybob. It looks like you are getting some killer colas forming. That bud pic is incredible! They seem to be perfectly fed. How strong is their appetite for nutes?

What up sleepy. Yeah thats the strawberry cough, its looking just like the pics from DP. dude they are eating the nutes. its about to make me broke! im runnin em at 1600ppm right now. they are gulpin that shit down. I was kinda worried cause i saw a slight slowing in growth. but now they are started to produce the nug. nugs are starting to spiral and make colas. its exciting.
 
Botanicare's line of Pure Blend Pro. ive got 200 ppm of grow in there. and 1200ppm of bloom and 100ppm of liquid karma and 100ppm of sweet. im about to get some bud booster or some shit. gotta make these girls pump. I love the organics buts its fucking expensive. but you know it dont really matter. organic is just so much better IMO.
 
not really. it might get up to 83 in the middle of the day with the dehumidifier is running full blast. but that pretty permissable. but im really staying on top of it now keeping it right at 73-75. RH is 35%.

Thanks for the reply, after two grows with GH, I feel ready to try something different next time, and as I will be using soil I am interested in the organic approach. Great journal, those plants show us the target.
 
wow those buds exploded i havnt had time to check many grows and things are lookin real good billy bob!
puff a scrog is screen of green and you limit the highth of the plants but putting something (screen)over the top and training them to be short bushes. you can find alot of info if you explore all the sections of roll it up

Thanks Kaya. Honestly i feel that is just a side affect of the screen that it limits the height. i have no height issues(8 ft ceiling). But i was tired of getting those shitty popcorn buds on the bottom of the plant. training branches into the screen makes it so every branch is on the same plane of intenese light. thats why all the branches are pretty equal in size. there are some branches that are turning into bigger colas than the tops of the plants. As you can see I wont be yeilding many small popcorn buds. mainly top colas. Thats what i think the main advantage of scrog is. I dont see any other way to get a thick forest of colas. except SOG and you only get one cola per plant. i think i might have 15 colas per plant on average.
 
Good job Billybob!! LOL!! We will be harvesting the Bb's close to the same times... Can't wait man!!! Yours are looking pretty thick already.. making me envious!! :) Mine are about 3 weeks into flowering on Friday..
