u should have ur lighting coming down from the top. its not really doing much on the side... that is for when ur plants to bushy and light isn't penetrating the canopy

CFL grows require the bulbs to be on their sides, however you should have the bulbs at the top of the plant for now. you're not ready to transplant yet, i'd wait another two weeks. i'd also recommend a lights-out period for your plant.

if u have drain holes in ur cup if there is roots visible in them then id say yea i dont like transplanting untill my plants are healthy but sumtimes u just gotta go for it ...

No roots are in sight from the bottom of the cup.

keep an eye on them once u see 2-3 per drain hole , ur ready

also watering less will speed root growth... u may be drowning the roots
