Well I am back baby.
My strain is Original Blueberry.
40+ year old genetics
- Jordan of the Islands
From an 80 year old retired OG grower from Vancouver Island who seemed to know Jordan personally. He warned me that the seeds were never available feminized..
He must have a million of those blueberry seeds.
And he has quite the assortment and collection of other seeds and rare strains from the 70's, 80's and 90's.. growing around his property..
it was a very cool experience.

So here goes:
It took forever to pop the seeds, but once they fired up, there is no slowing them down.

Germinated them Feb 1st, they didn't start to pop tap roots until Feb 18th and I didn't think that they would fire.
But the old guy did tell me "three times" that they were almost
ancient and patience is key when working with old genetics...
They were put into a Pro Mix on Feb 20th.
the first few started breaking through the soil on Feb 22nd and the rest finished breaking bad on the 25th.
They were transplanted once again to 1 gallon pots...
March 15...
----And then it was sexy time...
-----VERY NICE...
(10 females from germinating 25-30 seeds)
(YESSSS!!)
(LET'S GOOOO!!!)
(I'm am finishing the males at a separate place just to harvest the pollen)

I then transplanted them to 5 gallon pots on March 30th.
Some of the ladies are their final homes for the year
I have purposely high stress trained the heck outta these.
Fimmed, topped and low stress trained, twisted the stems etc on these ladies.
Feel free to comment share and like!
Peace and happy growing

You should be able to get 15 pounds from ten females with some diligence, especially if you are planting them in the ground.

I got 15 pounds from six females last year. I didn't do any " high stress training", fimming, or topping.
