that's why i use that dry ground seagate it's whole anchovies & sardine
I'm gonna do the frozen bait in a 5 gal tub this fall & let ferment all winter
but for now that seagate is really easy to use & works great over what i used last year : liquid fish

could you ferment this or brew in a tea. or have you tried? I'm not looking for fish meal. I just want an organic fish hydroslate that I can use in tea's

I run the cootz recipe plus fish bone meal and oyster shell flour for my soil mix.

I bubble the seagate 12 hours with a food enzime & lab 4 stone hydro farm diapharm pump
I have a eco 5 that is on the brewer

Edit: 5 gallon R/O water to start ,I use one huge heaping table style table spoon of seagate in with 2 heaps of kelp + , 1/2 a real table spoon of each brw rice,corn, coconut flours , hand full of pellet alfalfa , whey , enzime when in flower I add bat & seabird shit ( that stuff breaks down food stocks as well ) this is cut into 1/2 with R/O to make 10 gallons
that is my beni food/nute extract brew (12 hour) that get's added to what ever ferment or AACT i'm using atm
I do his extract twice a day , water twice a day @ 10 am & 5pm
the only solids left are chunks of kelp stems (kinda jelly like ) the fish is liquid no bones left
I get a frothy earthy smell after 12 hrs

4 1/2 gallons of activated labs made with molassses and 3/4 gallon of fpe (fermented bananas, papaya, coconuts, leaves, squash, brown sugar).

I was told by the smell of my fpe it fermented too long and turned into alcohol and it had gone bad. It smells like a fruity wine . Then I talked to some other people who have been running ferments for a while and they said mine is good since it's not diluted. I guess if it's diluted and smells like a wine or ipa then it' has gone bad.

I just started another batch of activated labs and a fpe with leaves, squash, warermelon, blueberries, lettuce, avocado and activated labs. No fish ferment yet.

A wine smell is not all bad ,just means it reached maximum ferment the alcohol stops the bio actions ,if u diluted itwoulf sour & then start to stink like a corked wine would ,corked means wine bottle cork has failed
That then the alcohol is then being made into acidic compound , ie:vinegar by alcohol eating microbes
So any ferments should be tightly sealed once ferment ceases completely or risk a explosion of CO2 if sealed too early
I did banana peel beer all last summer gro ,I noticed a taste change for the better
That convinced me organic this Summer ,I'll do the same indoor this fall

When I ferment what ever I do use an air lock.

You're going to dig the neem oil its the tits! Are you going to use that yucca extract to emulsify it?

my newest batch of labs is ready. but I have to clean out some bottles for storing.

Then I'm going to start another batch of labs. Then tomorrow I'ma go and buy some fish to make some fish hydroslate.

Do you think powdered or bottled aloe would work? Also how much do you need to use?

Next sip experiment. I've noticed that a lot of the people who use earth boxes tend to place their plant at one end of the earth box. I don't know if that is deliberate or if they pulled another plant. Maybe it makes for a larger root ball with all the roots growing in one direction. So I'd thought I would try planting at one end of the sip with 1 gorilla glue in an 18 gal

This gg4 will veg for a couple more weeks before going into flower.
