How are you feeling today?

That press is awesome. I need one!

That black lime is a great smoke. Frenchy gifted me some hash from that plant. So sour!

You scored big time! I should have gone!

I'm feeling a lot better. After I slept and ate some hawaiian sliders, sweet potato fries, gelato waffle sandwich, italian ice root bear float and drank 8 bottles of water and 2 lemonades I was feeling good. Lemmy had a cool handheld battery powered fan / spritzer. That was a life saver. my knees and legs are soar though. I drank some cbd water too. it was refreshing.

next year I'm showing up at in the late afternoon.

yeah it was fun. I met and talked to a lot of people. Different seed companies and extract companies Soil grown's crew was really impressed with the rosin from my bubble. I thought that was cool. I was disappointed in the bubble because I made in a 75 degree room and it oxidized real quick.

There were alot of no shows. A lot of companies that were at the hight times cup weren't at chalice like ocean grown seeds, sin city seeds, Redeyed Genetics , loompa farms, tga, socal seeds, mtg, norstar, homegrown natural wonders, og raskal, dj short and a few others.

The ones that were there was gage green, exotic, tg genetics , cannarado, green life seeds, dark horse genetics, select genetics, dna genetics , Crockett family farms and some others.

I didn't see Frenchy anywhere. I don't know if he was there.

The venue was a lot nicer than the orange show. Around 5:00 it cooled down a lot and the wind picked up some. it was really nice weather at night.

High times cups has a better selection of companies. There were alot more at chalice last year. There very few dj booths at chalice. it was nice to be able to hear people talk. There's air conditioned buildings at chalice and the music line up is better than high times.

I should have gone! I didn't see TGA at the cup anywhere either. Mr Nice was a no-show again. Now he is gone. I am worried about Subcool.

Do you have any more pics of that rosin press? I want to build one.

bubble man has a video of him using the same press.

I saw tga at ht cup in feb. They were at the Alpine booth. Sub just put out a weed nerd ep last week. The production quality has gone down hill quite a bit.

no more pics.

here's a link to the site

a quality pid controller will run $400 - $600. the plates alone will run $500. plus the price of the arbor press.. Theirs is a custom built press. they weld the springs on themselves. The cheapest pneumatic arbor press I've seen is $850 from the manufacturer. They're probably only making around $300 profit off each sasquatch press

on their ig they have videos of them using it and building it.

was thinking making my plates diy , so the temp control is my $ outlay that & the HF press
i'm not looking high volume
but 2300$ is outta my league
nice Equip none the less , if i had the coin i'd get one

I can't afford that either right now. I'm just explaining why its such a high cost. those harbor freight presses always have something wrong with them. Of you're going for hand arbor press or H press. Dake and grizzly are quality brands. they're still going to run $300 plus for just the press.

Yeah, I figured a quality pid controller would run about as much as a pneumatic press. Theirs does look better quality than most, at 1/2 the cost of some others I've seen out there...

I got a Harbor Freight 20 ton at the shop & pop one of the sorry welds on the bottom angle iron the first time I used it. Just re - welded both sides & it's been a pressing for over 5 years now.

agreed , i'll look around & HF is the last option ,

i don't have the volume to pay for that machine but I do need a air compressor anyway
wonder if a log splitter would work ? u could do without the parchment paper & let ooze down

Yeah you had to reweld it. The crank you have to bleed out sometimes.

If you are buying anything that you expect to last don't buy it from harbor freight..
