So to protect against mold in my jars i bought a hygrometer. It was cheap and wasnt consistent... or so i thought...
So i went to a cigar shop and got a good digital one.... now why would the rh rise even more after the hygro was in the jar for more than an hour?
After 1/2 hour i was at 58%. Perfect. But after 1.5 hours it was at 65. At two hours it at 68? That doesnt make sense to me. The rh has to be the same from hour to hour... it cant go up. Yet i know the hygro is accurate...
How long do these things need for an accurate reading?
