Hydroton cleaning

I've been growing some time now with rockwool and my next grow I endend to switch to hydroton. I know that first time you need to wash it with h2o to remove dust and so forth. My question is once I have my first grow I know one should " steralize" or clean before reusing. I've heard you can use bleech or hydrogen paroxide, but they never give the delution, can you help?

5gal bucket of hot water add bleach to taste. ddoesnt take much but i always use more. rinse well.

bleach sterilizes. i dont use h2o2 for anything but the kids booboos.

You wash it the firsttime because it has broken down in transport, it’s just clay nothing more. Washthe clay dust off and your good to go. When you are done it has Fertilizer salt on it and other stuff (Hard Water). Clean it how youwant to… you can soak it in pure bleach if you want... but you would need to raisethe shit out of it... get the idea... Clean it like any other peace of clay.
