Any reason why you don't cut a square of panda film white side up with a slit in it to cover every hole?
Probably because he's new to growing in hydro but start his first thread by saying "3 decades of experience" LOL

Yes. Multiple reasons.

But as I’ve said, fixing the light leaks is not possible nor practical for my particular setup. For reasons that are not relevant to the discussion.

Im looking to eliminate the algae via a product that can be added to the solution. Let’s keep the thread centered around that.

What would that be, care to elaborate?
No. Move on. I dont really care for your personal input on my threads. I’ve asked you multiple times to leave.

Your advice/trolling is not helpful. Time to “change your methodology”.

I'm not natively speaking English, so if you want to pick on that. Go right ahead! I'm trying to set you straight. That's not trolling. Your like a little child who won't eat their cereal

.Crazy to think this works well,
It’s pretty simple. Moving water is aerated water. Thus how DWC or any easy cloner works.

Except you’re not my parent.

Your participation is not welcome. Your continued badgering is indeed trolling. Your inability to move on to another discussion is textbook narcissism.

I’ve received good advice in this thread. Just not from you. If you cant handle that, maybe it is your ego that needs to be checked? I dunno or care. Just move on.

This is what I suggested seams easy enough.
I can see why you’d think so. Because it was the first thing I thoughtve doing long ago. But there are variables that make it impractical. Just gonna have to take my word for it on that.

The chlorine seems like the best long term solution. It works in swimming pools despite plenty of light.

Not what I meant. Plugs sitting in flowing water is what I mean.compared to being elevated so there’s a gap between plug and water.

True. Why not all types of medium will work. Rockwool holds too much water for example. Some other mediums have no problem under constant flow and staying properly aerated.

Well good luck. My last comment in this thread will be work on stopping the algae from growing in the first place ,rather then fighting it.
