i have adjustable drippers that can be anywhere from 1-10 gph ..
im using rockwool cubes 3" x 4" and last time this technique i think i ended up overwatering because i moved the cubes into pots with grow rocks and messd that up but anywayz...
Wut should my adjustable drippers run at??? 3gph at 15min ever 4 hours?

well i'm pretty new to all of this but it seems that the more air in your water the better so as far as the air stones go in your flood tray i would go for it. i def do not think it will hurt.

you dont really need air stones in the flood tray because when it drains it gets oxygen, i believe that is the point of the system

and for the drip tray, every system works differrently, test it out, see how long it takes to fully wet a rockwool block and maybe drip for 2-3 times that amount......
