I have a Top Fin 20 Gallon Air Pump with a 4" Air Stone in a 5 Gallon bucket the entire set up is brand new. I dont feel that the pump is giving off enough air for the plant. I guess my question is how intense should the bubbles be from the stone? Please if any of this makes sence any help would be great!

Just make that H2O BOIL brother. Better to have too much than not enough. Get a dual outlet pump throw another stone.

Active Air commercial grade pumps are the best bet. A little louder than aquarium pumps, but that water will roll like a hot tub!!!

If you get a splitter and the correct airstones you will have way more air movement. Most pumps can easily run 4 air stones. But I've used the bubble disks in my aquariums over the years and have noticed far more surface agitation with just 1 bubble disk vs 2 air stones. So I would suggest getting the bubble disks if you have a local pet shop.
