So, I'm in the market for a new 4x4 ft tent. I really like the covert tents that my friend has-they seem like the best quality for the price, and they are the most light tight tents I've seen, but all my previous experience with tents is 10 years old...long grow hiatus. Problem is, their 4x4 is 84" high and my ceiling is lower than that (I'll have to stick with one that is 79" high). My only other requirement is that it comes with a flap behind the zipper to block zipper light (like the covert has), and that it has quality zippers in general. So, I've been looking at all the mid range tents that have these features, and the only tents that match my requirements (that I have found so far) are the Grow Lab and Hydropolis tents. Well, the Grow Lab is sold out everywhere, so that leaves me with the Hydropolis tent. I have plenty of time still, and will continue to look at any brands that you guys recommend, but does anyone have any experience with this brand of tent? They aren't mentioned in many threads, and there are very few reviews on Amazon or other hydro websites. I'm tentatively going with a 630 cmh, or 2 315 cmh fixtures in the Hydropolis tent that measures 53x53x78. I'm very tempted by the hlg quantuum board fixtures, but I had a terrible LED experience last year with a supposedly "decent" fixture that I bought solely to raise up my outdoor vegetable garden seedlings before I planted them outside. Back to the topic, any good or bad experiences with the Hydropolis brand? How is the zipper quality? How light tight has it been in your experience? Thank you in advance for your time!
