HydroGuard vs Hydrogen Peroxide??

They stopped selling HydroGuard. I just found this out the other day.
I really don't care why, I'm just pissed because I wanted to start using my EZ cloner again.
I stopped using my EZ cloner about a year ago.
Well I want to start using it again and I know I can use Hydrogen Peroxide.
I'm just not sure about the amounts.
I have a 25 site. It holds 2 gallons.
I'm thinking like 2 ounces per gallon.
Not sure?

If I had to guess it's fairly safe if it 10:1 water to H2O2
Some horticulturalists and users of hydroponics advocate the use of weak hydrogen peroxide solution ("Spanish water") in watering solutions. Its spontaneous decomposition releases oxygen that enhances a plant's root development and helps to treat root rot (cellular root death due to lack of oxygen) and a variety of other pests.[20][21] There is some peer-reviewed academic research to back up some of the claims.[22]

In the US, most hydrogen peroxide is a 3% concentration. I add 1 tbs per gallon. I do this for all stages (not so much in flowering) every few waterings.
