HydroFlow Systems

Hi all, just wondering if I'm doing something wrong here. I have 2 very young plants that I have transplanted into a hydro flow system and I think I may have done this a bit too soon due to them being as young as they are. I have some pics of what is going on with them and want to know, did I transplant them into the system at too young?
My Ph in each bucket is 5.5/5.6 and my PPM is at about 1,800 at the reservoir tube, ... Am I doing something wrong here and if so what?
they were doing so well before I put them in there and now I'm starting to think that they are going to take much longer to grow as well as the system is probably better suited for a more established plant rather then those at such young stages.

this is a list of the nutrients that I have been adding to my 10 gallon reservoir.
Aqua Flakes A ... 50ml
Aqua Flakes B ... 50ml
Roots Accelerator ... 10ml (I ran out so they didn't get any last week)
Drip Clean ... 2.5ml
Cal-Mag ... 50ml
Pro-Teck ... 25ml
N.U.T.S. ... 50ml
B-1 ... 20ml
Flora Nectar/Sweet ... 50ml
B'Cuzz Bloom Stimulator ... 10ml

Little ones look like nute burn. I'd flush and then keep them off nutes until they ask for it, then ramp them up slowly. Bigger ones look like N deficiency, may be first signs of nute lock? Heat stress and PH issues sometimes look similar to this. Hopefully an expert chimes in.
