Hydrofarm Habitat, still a killer

Hydrofarm Habitat's are killing plants still.
I got mine 2 weeks ago tomorrow, and I've lost 15 plants to the turn yellow then white then die syndrome.
I know it's a new one because my dealer does will-call orders and picks up his supplies directly from Hydrofarms warehouse.

The wonderful thing is that I live in California, Hydrofarm is based in California, so I'll be able to take them to small claims court.
In court I will be able to use pictures and videos of dying medical cannabis plants as I am a legal user under California's compassionate use law.

I estimate about $100 for each full grown clone just entering flowering.

So $1500, plus the cost of the tent is what I'll be asking for.
I may try to get damages as well since I will have to procure my own medicine by paying $4000/pound at wholesale prices.

I will also be researching California's laws regarding the amount of acceptable offgassing for interior home furnishings.

This one has been recovering for 8 days now and it's still crap. It's been so stressed it will probably never yield good.

What color are the walls? If white;did you notice yellowing of the walls...kinda like the color of your plant
Did you ever get any action from Hydrofarm on this. I am having a similar problem with my model 42 purchased in July of 08'. Kept thinking that it was something else, but after trying everything under the sun I have come to the conclusion that it has to be the tent it self. What a pain in the butt this whole thing has been. Everything not in the tent is doing just fine.
