HYDRO something wrong with plants :(

They could bounce back provided you fix what's causing your issues.

Ditch the rockwool. Some people have good luck with it but it's not newb friendly. Stays wet far too long and could starve the plant of o2.

It looks like you are flood and drain. I'd use hydroton and rapid rooters

Is it possible to heal them to normal? And expect a decent yeld? Or should be thrown away?
Check your roots and if they are slimy/brown/falling off it's root rot and you may be able to defeat it by using fairly big doses of food grade hydrogen peroxide. 29 - 35% at 5ml/L daily. I used to use 0.5ml/L twice a week as a maintenance dose before I built a DIY chiller then stopped the peroxide altogether.

Regular drug store 3% peroxide has preservatives and stabilizers in it and I never used that but if that's all you can get it's better than nothing. I get mine from either health food stores or a hydro shop but the closest hydro shop is 2 hours away for me. Health food store is only an hour drive.

Some guys use pool shock but I don't like the idea of all that chlorine and have no idea of the dosage they use tho it's easy enough to search for that.

Another good way to check your roots is to give them a slight tug. Good roots will have "body" and hold themselves up, sort of stiff you could say.
Shitty roots will hang around like wet noodles, and will slough off at the slightest tug.
+1 on the peroxide for cleaning the roots and netpot. Your plants may look more like shit for a couple days, but once you see the new white roots popping out you are good, no matter how bad it looks up top.

When I ran DWC (not sure what type setup this is) root rot was of course something to worry about. I tried running sterile with pool shock and that didn't work in my situation so I tried beneficial bacteria. That worked for me. I know some that have tried both and still have issues and they can't figure out why. I suspect that some strains have less resistance and are therefore more prone to root rot. Some growers are doing a mono culture (growing one strain) for a long time and they never have issues because the are running a strain that has resistance.

If you get the roots cleaned up with the H2O2 and are able to maintain root health with running sterile then stay that course. If you find yourself fighting root rot constantly then you may consider switching from the sterile technique to running something like Tribus, Hydroguard, Southern AG Garden Friendly fungicide. It's the Bacillus amyloliquefaciens specifically that you are after. Of course you can't use the beneficial bacterial in conjunction with any sort of sterilizing agent like H2o2 or calcium hypochlorite.

This does bring up a good point, an enzyme is good for breaking down the dead tissue. It won't cure the condition but it will help by removing the dead root material that is a source of infection.
