Hydro question?

Hey guys thsi is my first drip system i have a 2x4 flood table with 5 plants on rockwool slabs i have the timer so the drip starts 1 hour before the lights are on for a half hour and then every 3 hours the drips turn on for a half hour until lights out, my question is are the plants getting feed enough or shoulds i be running the drips 24/7 plzz help not sure what to do and google ain't helping shit thanks

Instead of having them drip, why not make an ebb n flow? Put the timer so that it fills up the tray your rockwools are in every hour.
