Hey guys never grew before so I bought a beginner kit from cailgrowkits.com Im not exectly sure how to work everything I have step by step to follow but doesn't answer everything. do I need to changr the water every week and change with new nutirents?? And do I need to water the plants like I would in soil??

no you dont need to water the plants like you would in soil thats one of the main advantage of even purchasing a hydroponic system... and yes it works best if you change your water every week and your nutrients as well. in the hydroponic system they water them selves constantly. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydroponics

you can just leave it in the cube, just make sure the cube is moist and doesnt dry out. once the roots start popping out the bottom you can move into a net pot with hydroton or a bigger cube. once you have in the bucket, i put the water level slightly higher than the bottom of the net pot. once the roots start growing out i drop the water level.

I use root riot after the seeds pop and once they break ground in the root riot i take the dirt sponge like cube and put it in net pots and hit with 400w of MH light. yes change out your res every week and i use h2o2 to kill bacteria and have had great results and i use the lucas method and other nutes as well like liquid kool bloom while in flower and dry kool bloom when in the last two weeks of flower, it slightly stresses your plants and causes bigger yields.
