Here is an update. Girls are getting really tall! I left them be their lonesome for 2 weeks and came back to a BIG surprise!

Holy shit I thought Northern Lights was supposed to be short. These things are about 5 feet tall and still growing.

how often do you change the water/nutrients and how long do you leave the pump running. and how far up the netpot does the water touch?

I change the water/nutes about every 2 weeks, but keep adding water and nutes during that period if needed. AS far as the pump goes, I leave it on 24/7.
I like my water level about an inch below the bottom of the net pot. That way it doesn't directly touch the hydroton which is warm because of the light, keeping
tank temperatures down. Plus the roots get a little extra oxygen which doesn't hurt.
