Not enough to matter, The only way you should even worry about vigor is if your taking clones from clones that came from a clone basically, clones from a mother that was a seed aren't gonna be that noticeable nor are you going to honestly care, if you take a clone off a plant than flower that plant, then take a clone from that clone and flower clone 1, than take a clone from clone 2, thus making clone 3, each time will degrade
Jorge Cervantes has a book or two on marijuana horticulture...I found, in a chapter on vegging, Jorge talking about mother plants and clones of mothers...and how he knew a cat who'd cloned a clone out more than 20 generations with no loss of potency or vigor of the clone.
This is cool to me, as I imagine to keep two mothers (different strains) and when she gets old and saggy, I can clone her one last time, then throw her in to veg for all she's worth...the clones offa her will be grown out and the best can be the new queen...for a while.
I also imagine to just clone off my feminized PPP grown from seed, that way I can realize the hybrid vigor
in bud...and still have the strain in my stable.
So you can grow your girl out, clone her, then select the best clone as your mother, and still get your first plant into flower.
If I'm off, I welcome the correction. I feel pretty good about that cloning a clone info, tho. I'm going to try it in my grow, and if it's poop, I'll revisit this thread and tell you myself.
Peace.
