Humidity

What's the ideal humidity for growing. I'm about 22 days in right now and my humidity fluctuates between 38% and 50%, but normally it will stay at about 45ish. Is this a good humidity for my plants?

depending on how dense your buds are but a 50% humidity can cause mold on buds. i read 35% is good

I have a dehumidifier in the room. Its exhaust actually heats the room but keeps it at 45% humidity. I am into my 20th day of flowering, so it seems ok that low.

70% sounds really high, i thought it was good around 45-50 but im not sure

im not sure but i know people usually prefer higher humidity during veg. i dont think you want anything higher than 50% during flowering

what i have been readin on other sites, yes newbie here, is that a milder humidity level , the plant will heal itself by producing more resin, is that true??? n e one??
