So the actual humidity is 72 percent in my grow room with 2 small humidifiers in my 6x7 room the humidity is 30 percent I have shut the exhaust fan down closed the fresh air vent I have tried everything any ideas I have the cool mist humidifier

What is 72%? Outdoor humidity as reported by the weather service? Solved my winter indoor low humidity with a cool mist humidifier and an Inkbird humidistat. It was that easy in my case.

You said you have 2 humidifiers. Setup one in the tent and one outside the tent near the air intake. If you want your tent more humid but can’t stop exhausting, then the air going in the tent needs to be humid.
I have my dehumidifier setup outside my tent so dry air will be vented in, same idea just backwards

You need a bigger humidifier. Get a 10 head fogger from aliexpress or wherever. Hook it up to a storage tote add a float a fan and a water feed line inkbird humidistat and good to go
The size of the plants play a major role in a tent, my humidity is around 80% all year round but when I'm bringing on seedlings/clones it's down to 40/45% in the tent.
80% humidity at 10c drops to near half by heating it 10c, so in short the exact same amount of moisture will give you different rh readings depending on its temperature, the rh is relative humidity or how humid the air is relative to temperature.

Increase the intake fan to get more of that humid air in the grow tent.. ?
