Humidity

Having a bit off difficulty with humidity level.. I got advice to put my exhaust fan on for an hour and off for two.. this is because I halved my 3 Mtr by 2 mtr tent.. i put in humidifier.. am I on the right road

I think a good humidifier will always help. Just put one in my grow room. (I'm new as well) bumped my humidity from 30% to a peak of 60% with an average of about 50% just keep a fan on the plants and I think everything should be good.
