My drying room is staying between 40 and 55% and 60 to 62 deg will that be sufficient

Temp is spot on. rH could be a bit higher but I would call it acceptable. a lot of people swear by 60/60 and I've had good luck with it, but 60/50 is in the right ballpark in my opinion.

Agree that your dry room could be higher in RH.. you can extend/slow down the process if you're in the 60% range.... and that's a good thing.
