humidity problems and light questions for flowering

i have a 7' by 7' by 12 foot almost air tight tent.
720 cfm inline with a carbon filter.
1 600 watt hps
2x 120 watt led panels

im currently rotating lights using the hps at 100% for 8 hours and two 120watt led panels for the other 4 hours to save money on the electric bill. there are 5 blue dreams that are veged from seed for 16 weeks and 6 blue dream clones that have veged for 6 weeks. my fans running 100% but the diy filter is holding it back. im going to fix that soon but is there any other ways to lower my humidity? my temps around 70 and im at 60% to 70% now before i get a wider filter. im told i should be at 40%.

also the lights switching from hps to led instead of running them all 100% of the 12 12 is not my idea. would running them all 100% give me a lot better yield? Am i going to screw them up if i keep using this 8-4 hps led 12 12 light cycle? running all three lights enough light for 11 plants?

the 16 week veged ones are a solid 5 to 5.5 feet tall and i started flowering a few days ago. how big are should they get and how long should they flower on average?

Oh mate if there 5/5.5ft now they normally double in size once in flower so expect some monster plant by the end of it can u put some pics up to look at, as for the humidity u could use a bigger extractor fan n an oscillating fan to help with it. As for flowering time anything from 6/16 weeks don't know about that strain google should help there good luck with ur grow

Just to narrow your timeframe, dream will flower between 9 and 11 weeks.

Need to run that fan on full blast. Do you have oscillating fans in the room? They'll help prevent mold/mildew. Dehumidifier is another option

Use a de-humidifier with a humistat build in and set it 40%
